Over the past year, through a series of webinars and conversations, we have joined together to discuss strategies for advancing advocacy for Illinois’ Black communities. We thank you for your commitment to participating in these conversations and are writing to share an update on the status of the effort.

We have concluded our work with Wilburn Strategic Solutions, Inc to develop a landscape of opportunities to strengthen our Black advocacy ecosystem. The effort resulted in the development of two documents that provide recommendations and direction for our next steps.
