Leadership Giving Gift Officer

Are you or do you know someone with experience managing a large prospect portfolio, someone who values teamwork and work-life balance? We’re expanding our team and looking for a Gift Officer, Leadership Giving, to play a pivotal role. In this position, they will identify, cultivate, and solicit prospects capable of making mid-level gifts ranging from $1k-$49k. This requires managing a tiered portfolio, typically comprising 500-700 prospects, which demands excellent organization and an entrepreneurial spirit.

In this crucial role, our new team member will nurture relationships with donors and prospects, encouraging them to make Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago’s one of their top charitable organizations.
