The Executive Relations Administrator provides high-level support to the Executive Director (ED). In this role, the Administrator will systematize all aspects of administrative, scheduling, and the organizational needs of the ED in a paperless environment. This position involves contact with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to: donors, Board of Directors and Board Committees, staff, and community members. The Administrator has a strong business sense, can decipher priorities, and makes sound judgment calls when needed. The ideal candidate has demonstrated skills in effective decision making, using discretion, creative thinking, taking initiative, and problem solving.
